Booking and Payment

1. Reservations: All bookings must be made through our official channels. A booking is confirmed once a deposit is received.
2. Payment Terms: Full payment must be made before the commencement of the trip. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website.
3. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies vary depending on the itinerary. Specific details will be provided at the time of booking. Refunds will be processed as per the policy outlined during the booking.

Traveler Responsibilities

1. Travel Documents: It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that they have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates.
2. Health and Safety: Travelers must inform v3holidays of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions prior to the trip. Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip.
3. Conduct: Travelers are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to local customs and laws. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in termination of the trip without refund.

Liability

1. Service Providers: v3holidays acts as an agent for various service providers such as airlines, hotels, and transportation companies. We are not liable for any acts or omissions of these providers.
2. Changes and Cancellations: While we strive to deliver the services as booked, changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant changes and provide alternatives when possible.
3. Force Majeure: v3holidays is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or any other extraordinary circumstances.

SCOPE OF ACTIVITY

We are an educational tour operator only. We do not control or operate any airlines neither do we own or control any shipping.

we are also not responsible for the delay or deficiency in services provided by agency, airlines, transport, hotel any provider of services, or any act or action of co-traveller, co passenger which may result in availing the services on the tour.

Cancellation Policy for Tour and Travel Services

At V3 HOLIDAYS, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or modify your travel plans. To ensure transparency and fair treatment for all our customers, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Fees:

-Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the departure date: 25% of the total tour cost wil be retained as a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the departure date: 40% of the total tour cost will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 2 and 6 days of the departure date or 50% of the total tour cost will be retained as a cancellation fee.

-Cancellations made within I day of the departure date or no shows: 15% of the total tour cost will be retained as a cancellation fee

-Cancellations made within 0 days of the departure date or no-shows: 100% of the total tour cost will be retained as a cancellation fee.

2. Refund Process:

-If you cancel your booking within the specified time frame we will process the refund within 14 business days from the date of cancellation request..

The refund will be made in the same form as the original payment method used during the banking process unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Non-Refundable Components:

Some components of your travel package may be non-refundable, such as flights, certain accommodation bookings, or tickets to special events. These non-refundable components will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking

4. Modification and Rebooking:

If you wish to modify your travel plans, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any additional costs or fees associated with the change.

Rebooking may be allowed within a certain time frame, depending on the availability and terms and conditions of the travel service providers.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellations, such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, or personal reasons.

6. Fame Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or travel advisories, V3 Holidays reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour without prior notice. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements or offer a refund, subject to the terms and conditions of our suppliers and partners.

7. POSTPONEMENT:

Due to any reason the group tour is postponed to the next / forthcoming vacation, and additional postponement charges of 25% over and above the tour cost will be levied.

We understand that cancellations can be disappointing, but we strive to maintain a fair and transparent policy to ensure the best possible experience for all our customers.

CHECKOUT:

Participants must be checked out there rooms along with their baggage’s as per check out time given by the Tour manager.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

1. We require a minimum of 45 students for any of the tours of your choice. For a group of 40 students & 35 students the tour cost will be increased to 10% & 20% respectively.

2. We accept One Staff member complimentary for every 1D paid students. 13. Camp Fire & other entertainment will be organized during the tour.

4. Kindly collect Rs. 1000/ for Short Tours & Rs.2000/ for Long Tours & confirm the booking with the Name list enabling us to take all advance arrangements.

5. Your Valuable confirmation may kindly be forwarded at least 60 Days before your proposed date Departure for all the advance arrangements.

6. Outdoor Activities will be organized on request with every Domestic lour. 17. All care will be taken to ensure the safety & security of your children in all aspects.

8. TAXES WILL BE EXTRA AS PER GOVERNMENT RULES.

9. Travel insurance is nut included but could be organized on request only if required at additional cost.
